Quote: R.B.A "O'Meley has put his hand up to play. The ball is in the medical staff and Agars court now. On the flip side James Webster has been quite specific in his desire not to play but it hasnt stopped Agar trying to twist his arm. I dont reckon he will play thursday but i bet he does before the end of the season.'"
shouldn't play unless fully fit same goes for any player in most circumstances and as such would give horne a runout in the U20's if possible to prove his fitness and give him so gametime.
ATEOTD it is a derby but much more important to have our better players fit for the playoffs if we want any chance of progressing through them at all.
i would line up as below for the derby.
Tansey
Calderwood
Turner
Yeaman
Briscoe
Washbrook
Whiting
Radford
Houghton
Dowes
Manu
Tickle
Fitz
Subs
Lauaki (play as a prop)
Moa (if not fully fit cusack)
Burnett (rotate the backrow and don't expect Manu, Tickle & Fitz to do the full 80!)
Nicklas
We have to start playing reserves in their respective positions when we have injuries instead of switching players constantly around ie Nicklas on the bench
