The driver was a women she worked for stagecoach first but got the sack. Its the kids own fault she's old enough to know better.

All eventualities must be allowed for when dealing with the general public and children in particular.

Like i said earlier in the thread (i think) if a case like this brings about better safety standards in public transport then it was well worth bringing to court. Some of those buses are so bad you should be issued with a hard hat upon entry.

But that is a completly diffrent arguement if she had been sitting on a seat and 1 of the legs gave way tipping her into a window that then gave way the bus company would rightly be at fault but that didn't happen did it?
No she was being a little bast..d and when he had an accident which was directly caused by her own wrong actions her parents saw fit to try and get some free cash instead of rightly locking her in her room until she turned 21!
