Looks like the teams and kits maybe based on 2009 season:
"Do future teams such as the Central Coast Bears appear in Rugby League 3?
No, Rugby League 3 is based on the 2009 season, so future teams do not appear.
What was the cutoff date for squads?
Some of the last remaining squads were finalized in late August 2009."
I wouldn't mind that if they were bringing it out for PC because you'd be able to modify it if your that bothered to get the kits.
May have to play around with the teams line ups to get new signed players.
