Quote: Uncle Junior "]

By Anti Agar crew you must now admit you are referring to the majority of fans.

It's an interesting view though, if it's the case then pray tell why Hudds have made such great strides under Brown with only 2 or 3 notable additions to the squad that Jon Sharp had?'"

I do agree im fighting a losing battle here icon_sad.gif

the reason huddersfield are doing so well and i said it at tonights game is they have togetherness and team spirit which makes up for any lack of abitlity they may have

as for the coach lifting a team argument , why did we lift for the derby if agar can't lift a team? its off the players backs and they can't do it for "irrelavent" games , leeds at home we lifted but celtic we looked dead

i hate to say it but there seems to be a degree of egotism in the club with players feeling they have a god given right right to beat certain teams

Quote: Linebreaker "Last night we witnessed a team playing that were devoid of ideas in attack. Plan "A" worked to a degree in the first ten minutes but we failed to put points on the board. Plan "B" consisted of moving the one player that looked like creating open play for our backs into the middle and replacing him with a player that couldnt create an opening on the Apprentice. That's poor coaching on both counts. OK, the players shoulder some of the blame but creating attacking plays and defence strategies are in the hands of the coach.

Last night we reverted to what we normally do when plan "A" fails - 5 drives and a kick. Again, blame the coach. We never see any adventure from within our own half. safety first at all times. We have some mdeiocre players at the mo but so do Huddersfield and they managed to look a half decent outfit - the result of good coaching and good team spirit, i.e the coach (notice a general theme?).'"

the Anti Agar crew should take a look at the past 3 years , we blamed kear , we blamed sharpe , now we blame agar , whats the one thing that has remained constant (ish) ? the playing staff'"

Or alternatively all of them have been below par coaches and sadly Agar has learned all he knows from them? icon_wink.gif

Quote: fat ash "in my opinion that it is the players (well certain ones) that are to blame for our poor performances . Last week we showed comitment , and the ability to throw the ball about and showed interest .

tonight we looked awful and any desire to win the game seemed to , at least in the second half to be non existent .

we have shown we can do it , but only in games the playes can lift themselves for , derbys are easy to lift for , but i always said it would be this week that showed if we have turned a corner . we havent cause the same lack of passion showed through tonight .

the Anti Agar crew should take a look at the past 3 years , we blamed kear , we blamed sharpe , now we blame agar , whats the one thing that has remained constant (ish) ? the playing staff'"

The boards ability to employ a successively worse coach every time?

Thats why they have us all living in fear of Jon Sharp.

who said we had a full team playing 5 regulars not playing tonite and arguably our biggest impact player in crabtree also wild, griffin, raleigh and whatauria didnt play, also if the rugby is so boring we play how come 3 of our trys came from passing movements not to mention the numerous breaks and missed chances, compare that to hull whose main form of attack seems to be kick into the in goal area in one form or another, i agree with most of your posters on here agar needs to go and sharp with him you look like a clone of us last season when sharp was in charge of us too predictable.
