I realise not in the UK which is blindingly obvious but employers in other countries that would allow him entry for employment would be able to employ him if they so wished.
My point quite clearly was nothing to do with him been employed in the UK but in response to those saying he shouldn't be offered a contract by Cats.
If they wish to play him for home games only then isn't that their problem, there are no rules saying that he can't as far as I know and if Cats were to do this I can't see how the RFL have any legal right to stop them.
