We have no line speed what so ever or any aggression in the tackle, we lack any cohesion in defence all together

According to some, our pack holds it's own every week. Hold's it's own dicks maybe whilst getting it's butt $hagged by the opposition forwards

A slow defensive line speed is fine if you dominate the collision and the tackle. Slowing down the play the ball is essential in any defensive structure. We unfortunately do neither. It narks me even more that we try to clear our lines by running straight back to the ruck area. pass the ball out a couple and have the props waiting there. easy yards.

In a word NO!!

A good defensive line speed is more easily achievable if the players in that defensive line actually give a fvck.

the first 5/6 games we looked like we had finally started to understand the importance of line speed in defence, then we stopped bothering

Or the other teams got up to speed and we really werent that quick in the first place!?

As someone else said, defence is 90% attitude.
