Today for the first time ever I detest the team I support.

I’ve defended this lot relentlessly but not any more.

Enough. the players are taking the Micky. It wasn’t Chester and it isn’t Poching. It’s them, they are simply not good enough when faced with a team that wants to win.

Go Tom while you still can and take Hall with you. The rest simply belong in the lower leagues.

Sorry but for one post only i have to come out of posting retirement to let some steam off for my own state of mind. That was as dire as i've seen for a long long time, a complete lack of heart from pretty much all of them. Brain dead, cleless use whichever adjective you like. I heard people having a pop at the ref. You know what most of those decisions were correct, our lot gave him the chance to penalise us through dumb play and took so many shortcuts it was embarrassing. Quite frankly they should be ashamed. Talented guys like Tanginoa going through the motions, if Warrington want him cash in. Average Joes like Battye & Hood and a chunk of 30-somethings that aren't up to it anymore. I agree with the OP, if Tom has any ambition he should move elsewhere, he'll not achieve what he should here. Absolute shambles.

It’s the players, we can’t keep making excuses for them, it’s there job to win games, not Carters or even Poching. I’m sick to death of them getting away with performances like tonights.

Several times in the past you’ve lambasted me for over reacting to a poor performance… notably the shellacking we got in london a few years ago.

I won’t do the same to you…but it’s only a couple of weeks since Trinity put on the best half of attacking football I have ever seen from the team.

The inclusion of Gaskell clearly hasn’t worked… I thought against Wigan Hood looked gassed… missing and falling off tackle after tackle… and this performance is compounded by the recent fine form.

I think the squad probably needed a little more rotation as several of the team looked beaten and bemused by the end of the Wigan game
