Here is an excellent coach from Wakefield who has the strength the get this best out of these players and to bin those not good enough.
He knows how to win games especially the big ones.

We need to be improving in the next couple of games because everyone know that a win rate of less than 20% is going to relegate us.

I have been a season ticket holder for many years but need to see some improvements soon before I hopefully can book my Catalans trip this year.

Id love john Kear back but I don’t think that would happen.

Great coach but do not think we have the cash for him to get the players .Problems is we have to much dead wood for clubs to be interested in buying them ,and we are a club that as not got any pulling power on the cream of the top youngsters

Is he really a great coach, for me, and from many Leeds fans criticism of him, he's basically Chester with a bigger budget with the benefit of the likes of Peacock, Shinfield, Maguire and Burrow being in the team.

Brother Paul would have played against saints at Wembley if he hadn’t broke his arm a couple weeks before, youngest brother also played for us briefly I think.

Always thought was pretty hard done to by Leeds. Can’t see how we can afford him can’t see how we can afford not to make a change.

Normally we buy season tickets at Xmas and start the season full of hope, trouble is the club are going to be wanting to sell part season tickets to the 1000 fans that normally buy tickets but have already written the season off -

I would love to see Brian Mac at Trin, gets the best out of players and knows how to win games. Look at his record at leeds it speaks volumes, people will say he had cash at leeds which of course he did but even a squad with loads of talent and money infused needs a quality coach to win games, especially titles upon titles. He will improve us as a team there is no doubt about it whether he has a huge amount of cash to buy players or not.
I hate to say if we don’t make a decision in terms of getting rid of Chester and bringing someone new in we will find ourself relegated and we probably won’t survive as a club.

Does Chester come cheap then, because if he does can another coach be expected to come for the same money.
I'm not sure it's a money thing, would Chester get the club to perform better if he received a pay rise, would a new coach on more money get the present squad to perform better, I'm sure he would.
Just what how much say do the assistants have, do they simply implement Chesters suggestions.
The club need a change of direction and a total change of culture.
If A F does arrive will he lift the club significantly to have a positive response from other team members.

I’d like to think we still have a quality side, it’s just that it isn’t performing consistently enough and seem to have lost our way .I do wonder how much input both Poaching and last have on the match day tactics ,or are they more involved in the preparations building up to match day .
No one can be sure but I feel that McDermott if interested would be a great addition,but then again would Last be any worse than the present head coach , with poaching as his assistant,guess we may never find out .

McDermott’s greatest strength is motivating players, players would run through brick walls for him. Just what we need.

I thought that McDermot had no love for his home town club following a dispute between Trinity and his family some years ago.

I have actually heard Mac say he had a lot of time for Trinity when talking about his brother.

I'd have him eastmoor lad would be perfect.
