The answer is obvious, it has been for a couple of seasons at least. Chester is out of ideas (if he ever had any and wasn't just riding the coat-tails of others). It's long past time for him to go, coaches have a natural shelflife at a club and his has long since expired. I'll always be greatful for the reults of a few years ago, but we're just a shell of that team now and play with no direction.

Yep. I'm sure Chester would make a great assistant coach at Wigan/Saints etc so he can learn his trade properly. He's not head coach material, not yet at least, and a period at a successful club under good coaches will develop his skills as a coach far more than what he's doing now. We all know Carter hasn't got the kahoonies to sack him though, so we're stuck with a coach who's unable to perform and who won't leave a well paying job with more job security than any other head coach. in any other sport. ever.
