Been a great player for the club, had it not been for the emergence of TJ he’d probably be the top wingman of the last 30 years.

However at 32 and with a fair few health issues maybe now is not the time to commit to such a player. Sounds mercenary but we all know there is a shelf life in any sport.

It’s speculation but I’m guessing it’s a simple case of the club and the player no longer seeing eye to eye in terms of contracts, it happens.
