There has been plenty of posts about another prop required, yes that is right, however, because of injuries & or knocks + strained etc, then imo i think it's a must to have 4 good props, even if you have to rest - rotate props for different games in order to maximize the teams play every game. The problem for us is funding.
Which 4 next season after Fifita & koppy can you think of bearing in mind maintaining size & good mobility ?

Ask Dreadnought/WakeyTrin/RThick. I’m sure he’ll recommend the latest sensation from Eastmoor Dragons.

Agree with this post 100%.

For me Dave and Koppy are our two first choice props, but you need more in your squad to rotate, and also as cover.

Not too long ago Engy was up there too, but I think hes starring to struggle with knocks.

Maybe we need a couple of younger, fresh faces, with Engy as back up.

The wholesale changes some are suggesting isn't always healthy

Let's not start that on a new thread please.
Dreadnought is entitled to post what he wants as long as it is within AUP.
Doing this just derails threads.

I agree with OP.
We need to replace Huby assuming he is going and for me replace Pauli.
Pauli may not be going but if he stays he seems to be seen as a second row now which is good but reduces options in the front row.
I'd keep Keegan but I'd like someone with quality to make no. 3 on the list behind Dave and Kopi so that England or Hirst can come in as cover.

Hirst frustrates me, he's big enough but seldom breaks a tackle or offloads.
He's had long enough to improve but IMO hasn't stepped up. I think if we had an another player in mind I'd let him go. He's certainly no more than cover for me.

I agree
On debut against Leeds in a Boxing Bay game, Hirst was excellent. Really difficult to get to ground, always looking to offload and with plenty of energy.
Whether he is playing with fear, not wanting to make a mistake or, whether he's been told to keep the ball tight, his game has definitely changed.
Perhaps it's just the struggle of playing at the higher level ?

Generally, I dont think we offload anywhere near enough, which makes us very easy to defend against and maybe it's time that we played with a bit more risk ?

Totally agree Wrencat but I don't think we have the skill level to do that we have problems catching a pass let alone an offload

Agree with your post, i would assume that we would keep Hirst as he is probably good value for money. If we sign Westerman as has been reported and keep Arona (really hope we do!), i think we will see one of Arona or King play more prop than loose forward.

Looking at the reported OOC players, the following IMO would be good options to sign although im not sure the list is up to date.

Kyle Amor
Sitaleki Akauola
Lama Tasi

It will also be interesting to see what the Rhinos do in the off season, they may be looking to offload one or two?

Sitaleki Akauola seems to have hit some real form at Warrington, running really hard for them. I'd be surprised if they don't sign him up.

As would i but he was on the OOC list, just not sure if he signed a new deal or not.
