He's built a good rep in France. They want to keep him.

Not seen much of him but didn’t have a good final imo. Think the Catalan forwards have been excellent and that has been the main catalyst for their revival.

Not particularly bothered if we do or don’t get him. Hampshire has a lot to offer and I’m happy with that. I can see Hampshire becoming an excellent half given the patience and investment.

Although he wasn't Catalan's best player at the weekend, he has probably been one of the main reasons for their upturn in form. I dont think he will be anywhere near BV next season, apart from the 1 or 2 home games that we have against Catalan.

Fifita, Tupou, Pauli, Horo, Miller, Arona, Randall. 7 quota/non-fed players all contracted for next year. So unless one is leaving then it’s a non-starter as we don’t have the space.

Yes thought the same, every other game I have seen him play for Catalan he has been brilliant. Just wonder if the occasion got to him on the day.

I thought he was fairly quiet - but then on reflection, I guess they opted for a bash it up the middle approach, which demands less of the SH and asks more of the forwards; and it was very effective - they steamrolled Wire until the latter 1/4 of the game.

Was it the entire 1st half with 100% completion? Impressive - especially given the unstructured and ill-disciplined chaos they started the season with.

Drinkwater AND Danny Brough then? Poor Miller and Hampshire, seems like 2 and 2 =7
