It's a good facility to use.
I'd rather people did that than have the same argument over and over again with each other but it's a personal choice.

I often see accusations of trolling when it is simply a view that someone doesn't agree with.
The AUP is clear. State your case as you believe it and let others comment. If you post something you don't actually believe to be true just to start an argument or upset someone, then it's trolling and I can deal with that.
If I just banned everyone who's point I don't agree with we'd have a pretty small group.
