Putting aside the Stadium 'fiasco' we can potentially go into the Super 8's finishing in 3rd place, which I'm sure no one thought was possible at the start of the season.

I have to give Kudos to all concerned, it's an amazing feat and this season (so far) has been one hell of a great one.

I've been having nose bleeds all year but, it seemed worse last night

I know it's getting a bit carried away but, there is no reason why we shouldn't be aiming for a top 4 finish and a potential semi-final spot and then anything is possible.

I was going beyond the split and dreaming of a top 4 spot after the regular season and assuming Cas finish top and we finish 4th (I know it's a big if), we would then play Cas at their place in the play off semi final.

Surely finishing as high as possible is better for Wakefield then 1 possible game in the super 8s ?

Not looked at the games we'd get if we finished 3rd but the games for finishing 4th look pretty good at the minute with yourselves, Hull, Wigan and Saints all at home.

There are 7 really tough games coming up after the split to see if we can achieve the unexpected - a semi final spot for a place in dreamland. I'm not too bothered whether we have 3 or 4 games at home as I believe we're as good away from Belle Vue. I'm just really hoping we're at full strength or close to it, then we can have a real crack at the whole lot of em. When you think where we were only 2 seasons ago fighting for our SL lives it's unbelievable to think what we can now achieve. MC, all the coaching team and every one of the playing squad deserve great credit and I'm sure they'll continue to give it everything they've got as we enter the last part of the season. Bring it on I say, I can't wait.

no need to fear any team, its down to the coaching and keeping the players up for it. I still prefer the under dog tag and I wouldn't expect many of the pundits to back us.
when are the CC cup games in relation to the 8s.

Thought I heard CC say he wouldn't risk Kirmo or Milky in pitch last night.

As you say there are 7 really tough games coming up so surely it's got to be better having 4 games at home, and also lets not forget the financial incentive of having that extra game at home.

a great season,i think this is the highest position we,ve ever achieved in super league,but just a couple of results which went against us i.e hull at home wigan home warrington away cas at home,it would,nt have taken a lot to be top of league,but i,ll settle for 4th,well done all at the club

I genuinely believe we can beat any team put in front of us at the mo, it's amazing to watch us
