I know it has to be taken seriously but those charges have (along with other things) wrecked what seemed like a good recovery and trashed his career too.
I hope he can get his life back together now.

He was released but just remember this the club paid for him to go through therapy and miss virtually a season. So our hands are more than clean.

Yes I think he was.
As Vasty says - our hands are clean on this, we got shut because he was a dick - nothing else.
Personally I cannot stand him and I have "none rugby" experience of him.
That said what he's gone through I would not wish on anyone and I hope he can pull a rabbit out of the hat and get his game back together.

Getting back on topic does anyone know if Owen is hoping to get back playing again in any way shape or Form?

Regardless of the outcome of this case i think he's done at Super League level. If he sorts himself out and stays clean then there is no reason he couldn't do a job at Championship level but there is also an argument he's be better keeping his head down and going rabbiting because that is where he seems most happy.
