| Yes I get it the guys tried hard no questioning that they have tried hard in most games, that's not what's losing them the games.
Warrington were terrible today the amount of dropped ball it was inevitable second half this would be addressed. With this in mind the second half they still posed little threat.
I know pre season Chester spoke about how the team wanted to be perceived, how would you perceive this group so far into the season.
Aside from EFFORT (yes I get it the boys are trying ) what is being offered up fundamentally it's an inability to win.
Cue all the "what about the five we have won" if you want to settle for mediocrity then your supporting the right team, it's the same as the "we gave a top four team a close game" , forgive me but I wasn't watching a top four team. And who's to say they are a top four team the league is so close that old monopoly is no longer apparent.
The players don't seem to be able to adapt to the different swings in the game it's more a case of the game dictates how we play as opposed to the players dictating things.
It's a tough one probably go one of two ways now we either keep being so near yet far and finish bottom four or they find what it is they are not doing and put it right enabling us to squeeze into top 8.
No hiding from how bad Warrington were today it's just not good enough.

| Speaking to some Wire in McDonalds after the match (that's how I roll these days ) and they were not
Happy with their team. Spoke of being lucky to get away with it and full of praise for Wakefield but noted we ran out of steam. I'd point the finger hugely at Fafita for his error, just pure ridiculous rugby on that field position and holding the lead.

| Takes more than effort alone to win a game.
An old, but very true adage

| I think they need to get it in to there heads that they see games out. Apart from the stains & Salford games we have been squeezed out of games we should have won against top opposition, maybe we need a psychologist in the changing rooms to give them that extra 1% to get them over the winning line.

| The biggest clanger was resting Grix, FFS he has been the best player all season, and to rest him in this game was a huge mistake

| The problem is no -one takes charge in a game....who is the game manager?. Yesterday at 20.6 up we didn't really need to score again but see our sets out and keep them pinned back. Yet we were racing around as if we were behind. We had done the hard work and gained a substantial lead but just needed to manage the game.
All this will happen again and again if we do not have a leader who will manage the game as needed.

| Its a valid card tbh. The lads are putting in tons of effort and fair enough we've lost the last 3, but
Top of the league away
Champions Home
Wire away?
Thats a tough run of fixtures for any side and we've just come up short in 2 of those, fair enough Cas blew us away but the rest of them we've had a dog in the fight till the last minutes.
Just a few tweaks to game management and goal line defense, we could easily go on another run.

| Totally agree we through it away. Jowett's one on ones were abysmal last year and that tackle on Atkins was pathetic. The tries we let in were V poor yesterday. One that got away but it shouldn't .
