Well, after yesterdays performance, one of the best in certainly many a year and will be remembered by fans for a long time we move onto Sheffield Eagles at home 20:00 K.O.
I think we will rest a few players, it looked like Scott Moore was limping at the end of the game yesterday and I think he deserves a good rest ready for Hull FC at home. Apart from a couple of players being potentially rested (those carrying knocks) I still think we will field a very strong team. I wouldn't rest too many first teamers as they turned us over recently at their place!

I think this team dependent on knocks could do a job:

Jowitt/Hall/BJB (Depending if Jowitt is carrying a knock)
Johnstone
Arundal
Lyne
BJB/Owen
Miller/Hall
Finn/Hall
Walker
Howarth
Simon
Tupou
Ashurst
Molloy

Sio
Yates
England
Annakin

Who would you like to see play? Do we stick with the team thats been playing for the last few month or so?

This is a tricky one for Chester.
Balancing the need to keep on building the momentum and keeping the squad happy is going to be tricky.
For me, we should go as strong as possible and keep the teams confidence sky high.
Obviously, if anyone is carrying a knock, then don't risk them but, we need to keep the bandwagon rolling.

I'm not one for resting players for lower opposition games but there are a couple of players I'd leave out.
I think England ahas put some massive shifts in so I would rest him.
I'd then say Jowitt who took a bit knock yesterday should be rested with Hall getting a chance.
Gibson can come in to the centres for game time, for Arundal who has again put in some hard work.

For the forwards Tupou needs to catch up on game time so should play but we have some good front row cover and should be used.
Half backs unfortunately will have to play as we don't have a lot of cover. Maybe Hall at SO if we need to rest someone but again I think they will benefit from playing together.

I think there are quite a few players who have picked up a couple of bumps over the past couple of weeks, who could probably do with the week off, though I dont think they should field too much of a weakened line up.

I would rest a couple of the backs, and forwards and one of the half backs.

At the end of the day we have 31 in the squad, and CC did say he was going to have a look at everyone over the next couple of weeks.

I would probably leave out Jowitt and Johnstone, dont want the risk of these two picking up an injury now, especially as we have some big league games coming up. (Both Owen and Tansey are back from their loan spell. We also have Morris out on loan, not sure when he is due back. Do we know the latest on Bill Tupou.

Both Miller and Finn pciked up knocks, and think one of these are due a rest.

With regards to the forwards, I would definately give England the week off, and one of Scruton or Simon. We have Walker, Yates and Arona. Do we know the latest with Anderson.

For the back row, I would give Krimo also, the week off.

If our U19 sigining Batchelor is match ready, would it be worth giving him a chance.

Nice easy job for Chester - just turn up, log in here, make a few notes and bingo, he can do his internet shopping for the rest of the day. Piece o' !

Given the way we are playing at the moment, you could play the U16s and get a result!

Interesting to see that nobody as yet given a thought to giving Chris Annakin a run out, bearing in mind we've just had four tough games in 2 week where apart from the odd exception all the perceived best forwards haven't as yet had a rest. Surely if fit he could play Anderson, Yates, and Walker who have done a decent job when asked leaving others to get refreshed for an important and winnable game against FC.

Looks like Scruton will be suspended anyway, opens up a spot if so.

I put him on bench for me! Apart from that I agree.

That is the big question.
Do you make a number of changes and rotate the squad for what should be a comfortable win or, do you tweak the squad and keep the momentum with the main group of players that have been used.

With regards to the forwards I'm sure CC will be on top of it and will know who needs resting, I don't normally get involved in team selection but looking from the outside right now would be an ideal time to rest some of the forwards who might be feeling it a bit more than others.
It's unrealistic to think they can go the whole season without a rest so for me give some of those who because of the form of those playing atm and can't get a game a chance to impress and to keep em interested, and at the same time give the coach an idea of his options given that sooner or later we will have injuries.

Don't like the idea of changing the current team too much. There's a chance that the rhythm that they have built up over the last four games could be broken. The only changes I would make are anyone that may be carrying an injury; otherwise leave the team as is.

BJB
Owen, B Tupou, Arundel, Gibson
Hall, Tansey
Walker, Howarth, Yates,
Molloy, Tupou
Annakin

Sio, Ackroyd, Frazer Morris, Anderson

If all are fit

Can I just point out that 11 of that team were missing on Sunday against Wigan and Craig Hall cut his fingernails too short and we all know how painful that is.
