How come we missed out on him ? Wakefield lad to Cas'- bit gutted about that!

And to be honest, Wigan have made it clear that he is coming back so I'd rather have some longer term signings like we have.

From today's statement it's not even clear if he will start at Cas. Perhaps someone on here can clarify?

Why would we want to loan a player whose parent club can recall the said player if they have an injury crisis?

Not for me thanks, if he wanted to play for Wakefield he would.

He's in Oz atm with his girlfriend visiting her parents.

Don't know for sure, but as his employers I'm sure Wigan decide were he plays

Would he start for us at full back in Rd 1 ...? Or at 6 and displace Miller. Not in in round 1 ... Later in the season definitely but by that point he'll be back at Wigan displacing that chump Williams

Will learn a lot with Powell who despite being a Cas - without a doubt is a great coach

Perhaps my original comment of being 'gutted' about missing out on Hampshire was a bit strong - perhaps disappointed would suffice but as somebody else has said, we move on. I am actually very pleased with the signings made and look forward to the new season.

Now it's official that he's a part time Cas player lets hope Agent Hampshire can do his stuff.

Were hoping the same from agents Finn, Moore, Gibson, Owen and Tansey.

Moore is a better player than McShane. At least he's willing to try and tackle and wants to play for our club. McShane on the other hand, stealing a living for years.
