New Zealand Win Defensive Grind to Level Test SeriesAfter last weekends dominant win for Steve MacNamara's England over the New Zealand tourists, both sides and an eager crowd made their way to christen the Olympic Stadium with its first taste of rugby league.
The England side were unchanged from last weeks victory but Stephen Kearney rang the changes with Kodi Nikorima coming into the half backs in place of Lolohea and Alex Glenn and Lewis Brown on the bench.
A win for England would seal the series, their first in eight years, but a win for the Kiwis would take it down to the wire with the decider at the DW Stadium in Wigan next weekend.

| I get sick to the back teeth of players out of position., having said that who would you play at scrum half with Brough out of the equation. Bateman a very good club player but let's be honest international centre .

| I've always found myself pleasantly surprised by England's performances considering that McNamara and Lowes are coaches, they certainly haven't benefitted Bradford all that much

| A perfect chance for us to show the Rah Rah boys how superior RL is and we fail to score a single try!
Typical!

| Attack was poor yesterday thought things are set up nicely for the decider.
Bateman was lost at centre and had a poor game. I'd bring in Cudjoe and move Bateman to 2nd row in place of Farrell who had a shocker yesterday.
Defended really well apart from going to sleep for the try. Game for the purists.

| A disappointing afternoon all round.
On he whole we defended very well, although Kiwi bombe a couple of good chances after creating an overlap but, our attacking play was awful and we failed to build any pressure on their line.
First visit to the Olympic Stadium which was easy enough to get to but, is a long, long way behind Wembley or the Millennium Stadium as a venue for watching RL and the atmosphere was flatter than the dodgiest pint of lager ever served.
