I thought back in the summer it was said we would be debt free in October,i may have got it wrong,so apologies if I have,but if we have achieved that and with the recent signings I think we can only applaud mr carter and all involved in the running of the club

We have called Mr Carter but it has to be said this Man has worked wonders with the club we love to get us debt free in such a short time god only knows what his plans can do.for us in the future no more are family members getting paid massive amounts of money for doing very little an no more paying a jumped up little nobody for flirting with the head dancer prancer. |

By taking a prudent approach to expenditure. At times being ruthless at cutting unnecessary or optional costs.
He is a good cloth cutting accountant who applied some decent business acumen. Let the rugby people get on with the rugby and the business people get on with the business.
If our previous generations of owners had been as financial savvy as Carter there is a chance we could have been a lot more successful than now. |

Think I remember reading that directors loans were just shy of 1 million, give or take a few quid. So that probably answers above questions that Debt free has been achieved yes by cost cutting but also director generosity.

 Never mind the quality, feel the width.
Seriously MC has done a fantastic job. Very unpopular for one season so hope he reaps the benefits and gets the praise he deserves if the new signings work out. Although even MC can't have planned for it to go that close to the wire. Or did he? |
