Watched the short item on BBC Look North. Too short to be meaningful but one thing stood out for me - Purtell all positive and Bulls excited about the chance they've got, Scruton concentrating on the fear and worry about people losing their jobs etc. It's a lot easier to motivate with optimism than fear. In a game the former leads to an ambitious expansive plays whereas worry leads to nerves, tension and mistakes. Now I'm worried.

Brian Smith does say clearly that Tim Smith won't play in the game.
That is a big blow.
Wouldn't have minded as much if Godinet had his zip back but he isn't running well at the moment.
