Re. Segregation.

Having discussed this with the club today I am advised that whilst there is no segregation, as such due to the nature of BV and there being only 2 turnstiles on the Western Terrace, the club do intend to have stewards on duty to direct Bradford supporters towards that part of the ground.
There is no suggestion that there is any danger of any trouble and the club asks that both sets of fans assist with making this work.
Of course if the Wakefield fans arrive early it will make the whole event much easier to police.
It may not be ideal, but it is a genuine effort that has been discussed with the Supporters Trust and we appreciate how difficult this whole issue is.

If they're serious about making it work then they really need to be getting the message out before matchday. Majority of Bulls fans will expect to be stood in the same Stand as last time.

What if we don't want to be directed.

Well they will be directed to the western terrace when in the ground. It's easy to understand every other club has had no problem with it and also no crowd trouble with this policy in force.

It should have said on ticket western terrace only.

Should of been more of an official segregation. Bulls fans will head to North Stand as its where we have always stood since I can remember.

Our tickets always say ground standing and away fans directed to western terrace.

I hope you're right. I still feel they should be making some sort of announcement in cooperation with the Bulls. I assume this decision is going to be pretty fluid though depending on how many Bulls fans intend making the trip. I expect it will greatly exceed your usual away attendances given the importance of the match for both clubs.

You didn't come to Belle Vue the last 2 seasons you were in SL then.

Bulls tickets say ground standing not about which side. I came to both games in last 2 years in SL and was behind posts.

It worked well enough for the Cas match and there were still a few of theirs dotted about the NS with their Wakey mates.

Seems a few Bradford think they're 'taking' the North Stand. Go with that sort of attitude and you usually end up finding what you are looking for.

Hence why they need to get the message out in cooperation with both clubs.

Bulls have sold near to 2000 tickets and the rest are expected to go tomorrow we had 2700 all together. Where do you expect the bulls fans to go considering it holds 1800 down the side?

This seems very simple to me.
The N Stand should be for Trinity fans only in order to maximise home advantage and minimise any possibility of trouble at this game. I don't care what it says or doesn't say on the tickets: Bulls fans are guests at our ground and should follow reasonable requests from stewards. If they refuse they should be removed from the ground. There will need to be plenty of stewards and they will need to be good at handling potential tricky situations but that's what should happen. The club needs to make a segregation announcement today.
As a matter of interest - can't away fans also stand on the East paddock?
