| Just seen this rumour emerging. Very interesting.
They're both overweight, slow and no kicking game. What would be the point?

| I put on here the other day about mcshane to cas which is a done deal apparently but I heard that there other hooker adam milner had signed for Huddersfield next year but I suppose the Scott Moore one could be correct.

Presumably this will be with immediate effect so to speak, because he won't be ours to swap at the end of the season.
Hopefully it's just a silly mischief making rumour

| This would go down as one of the worst bits of business , from a playing ability, point of view ever done. McShane is a good RL player Moore isn`t.
Boy do we miss a Rugby Committee.

| Confirmed. Can only be a deal done for financial reasons or an unsettled player. It simply cannot have anything to do with Rugby. Talk about going into the biggest fight of our lives with one hand tied behind our backs.

| Confirmed. McShane to Cas on a two and a half year deal, we get Scott Moore on loan until the end of the season. Words fail me.

| I remember a lot of Cas and also many Wakey fans laughing when we replaced Clark with Scott Moore, and I was really disappointed. But in fairness he has played okay for us this year and just has struggled recently as Ben Roberts has gone really well at number nine.
I don't think he is as good as McShane from what I've seen of him and think we at Cas have a better player from this deal, but if he plays as he has at Cas I'm sure and hope you'll be pleasantly surprised.
Still, it seems a very strange deal and there must be more to this than just the playing front.

| I can only see the reason why this deal has happened is that mc Shane has wanted to go and with pita been injured we are left without an out and out hooker, yes sio and howarth can play there but there not number 9 in my opinion, so we have got what we can out the deal in taking Scott Moore! Not the biggest fan of Moore but hope he can prove me and would think a lot of douters wrong and can do a job for us.

| Let's hope we got money too!
I guess we got McShane on the swap deal with Aiton so it is just rolling on.
I didn't think it was logical to swap Aiton for McShane but wasn't a bad deal when he came. Recently he's drifted a bit in quality so maybe it's better for both clubs and both players.
From a Moore point of view it doesn't look good, but it's up to him to prove his quality.
Leeds took a good player and gave us their cast off. Cas are now taking that cast off after he has had a couple of seasons at the bottom club. I think they should be aiming higher.
I'd have rather swapped for Roberts

| I really like McShane and some of the criticism of him is similar to the stuff Miller gets.
He works hard and puts effort in but people see him miss a tackle and he's supposed to be fat and lazy. What they don't see is he ran passed another player to try and make the tackle. I think we've just battered the skill out of him this year.
It's a shame.
Let's see what Moore can do.
In order I want him to be able to tackle, pass a quick accurate pass from dummy half, run.

| Seems a weird one and maybe not the last but he is probably fitter than McShane as most players at other clubs seem to have been this year, although maybe we are catching up? Didn't look like it against Cas last week though did it.
What is certain is that we need 17 players who will give 100% for us come game 1 in the middle 8s.
