18 months? Really? Don't rate the guy personally, especially at hooker which i guess is what he has signed to play, but i could see the point in adding a bit of cover until the end of the season. But next season as well? Not for me i'm afraid.

Why would they be paying any of his contract? He only signed a deal with them until the end of the season and given he was a free agent i doubt it will have been a big contract. |

| Is he our marquee signing? Funny how we sign him as soon as this rule comes through. 
If this was a JK coached team, I wouldn't mind this signing. However, with this current dross, both playing and coaching roster (BS excused of course), sadly I don't think he'll be much use other than (hopefully) keeping Miller off the pitch. |

Howarth's just the victim in all this, the club have now let Paea and Collis leave and in return we have got a player what cannot even get into a hitherto poor Hull 17, is there any wonder the fans are not exactly ecstatic. |

I've yet to see anything official to say Collis has left, although he is not in this week's 19. (Injury could be a reason knowing his history.)
