| Hi I am a first time poster from New Zealand. I have supported Wakey since the glory days of the 60s for the last 40 years from NZ. I sent the club 2 emails re Heritage shirts for my son in Australia and got no reply, I have just made my second phone call enquiring about sizing and postage to Australia the club want to charge 20 pound postage which is totally outrageous I have bought other products from UK and postage is nothing like 20 pound. I wonder do the club really want to sell product or are they part of the post office and wanting more profit. If that is the best they can do I will keep my money and buy a NZ Warriors shirt the service and postage will be a lot cheaper. Thanks for lousy service and profiteering. Good luck to the team for the new season

| Do we have a heritage shirt for sale? Which one are you looking at?
Unfortunately, no one on here can help you with your issue. If the club say £20 postage, that's what it is going to be. I wouldn't pay that either.

Erm, yes I imagine they are wanting more profit. At least you'll know that a fair proportion of that £20 will be going into the clubs coffers rather than some random couriers.

| I've just looked and although I'm guessing parcel size, I can't get the cost to be lower than £30.

I have rellies in Canada - it regularly costs us almost as much in postage as we spend on pressies - yes, we are that tight!
It does cost a lot though!

| As I keep telling my customers on ebay, postage, packaging, bubble wrap and sellotape doesn't come free. The last item I posted to New Zealand was a vintage Auckland Warriors shirt, it cost me £1 in packaging and about £17 at the post office for first class with international tracking. That is the only service I will offer to post items abroad. I don't think the club are profiteering in any way. They are just passing on the cost of their packaging and the Royal Mail's charges, which incidentally seem to go up at least once or twice a year now.

| Having a daughter who lives in Australia, we send parcels to her, and twenty quid for packaging and posting is not out of the way by any means.
