He didn't react quickly enough but apart from that he had a strong game.

Yes he made a mistake but look at his gutted reaction to me thats enough leave him alone

We stand on that corner and for all of us stood most thought it was going into touch it took a turn and still looked like it would role out the side line touch in goal.I can honestly see why he did not boot it if he had been at fault I would have been the first to say so it was just the role of the ball.

Bad mistake, but did everything he could to make up for it, so forgiven. Just!

Awful mistake but you get the odd brain fart from him occasionally, the rest of his game was fine like it has been for the last few weeks.

He did all the hard work by getting across and beating the man but the ball bounced back and it looked like he simply overran it. Could have been a costly mistake but in the end it wasn't.

It was one mistake and I could see why it happened, apart from that he had another good game. It was good to hear a chant of one Ritchie Mathers after it happened.

Mathers cocked up a couple of times yesterday, the second Widnes try and a kick through, both in the second half.
The try was either typical mathers not willing to put himself in harms way or just bad decision making and a bit of bad luck.
The kick he failed to act quickly enough and as a result ended up nearly getting laimed because he actually did put himself in harms way, just awkwardly and too late.
Perhaps from a bravery point of view one cancelled out of the other, from a positioning and game reading point of view they were too errors.
It was ever thus with RM, overall though i think despite him and most of the rest of the players seemingly 10% down on effort, skill and energy last night 9 points from 10 is a testement to RM and the rest of the boys blossoming now Agar has gone.
Three cheers for them all.

That was a mistake any player could make - the ball bounced cruelly and he overran it, easily done.

The rest of his game was excellent for me, and as someone who has doubted his defensive effort in the past, I thought he put himself in harms way without hesitation on several occasions; he's going well.

Let's not forget mathers performance against leeds every player makes mistakes.....

Start getting behind the team and not single out every small error!!!
