Carter has the ability to get people through the gates, treat his customers right. How do you expect to bring in new people/fans when you can't treat the ones you already have right. We need to invest in 2 areas, Marketing and customer service.

When the season began nobody thought that we could finish any better than 12th and even the most optimistic fans wouldn't have dreamed of us being close to the 8 this season.
There do seem to be some issues with stewarding an PR but are these things really so bad that fans don't want to come through the gates.
On the basis that we were hitting 8000+ fans last season, there are 3500 that haven't made it to a game this year and with Agar gone, there are no excuses.
In life you can choose to do things or choose not to and the team deserve our support.
