Yep, I know some of the background to that, and it was my first exposure to the realities of the Glover regime. I was very shocked but I'll say no more.

As much as I sympathise about their predicament, I don't think there's any need to mention it in order to sell shirts. It actually made me not want to buy one of their replicas

Quite disgusting from the previous regime. Is this one of the CCJ's that have been settled now as they is no date to the website.

A heritage shirt is a great idea though as an additional source of income. Personally won't buy the replicas due to the polyester material but I would buy a shirt made from cotton like the one sold in 2012.

I am personally appalled by this, I bought one of these shirts in good faith for the profit to go to the Hospice and Trust I actually now feel deceived paying what I did.

As far as I'm aware the ccj hasn't been settled but MC made sure that the hospice got the money they were owed .
It all started from those shirts from 2012 & it's the same person trying to sell these now .
He's put a lot of time into it (& money) & the quality is better than that first run ( he did some 1979 Topliss style shirts & I ended up buying 2 as I didn't know if he'd bother again).

Well at least that's something. Hopefully the guy will be recompensed too.

People need to see this, then when they decide to go all gooey eyed about what Glover/Elston did for this club they can see the True cost of it all.

I was very vocal about the Richardsons and that I was glad to see the back of them, but actually think the last regime have done more damage to the clubs reputation with supppliers.

Ted wasn't in the same league as these guys and I told you all that from the start. But we had what we had.

I don't pretend Ted didn't do some dodgy stuff but it was always at least in his mind for the sake of the club. Can't even imagine him contemplating that.
