I'm a little baffled by club 1873. Am I not correct in thinking every week somebody should win £250? I looked on the website and it clearly speaks of a "guaranteed £250" every week. It clearly states:

"We have adapted the draw too so there will be a guaranteed winner of £250 every week after listening to our existing members."

So why does the email I received today tell me that nobody has won the £250 this week?

For a weekly draw with a guaranteed £250 prize, this shouldn't ever be the outcome.

There was a genuine error made today. However it was spotted quickly and a second email was sent out with the winners details. You are correct that there will always be a winner.

Thanks for the update Daddycool but like 1873 I too didn't receive the second email. No problem though, thought it seemed a bit odd.

I'm trying to recollect the winners name. Certainly wasn't me!

mistake made but I have every faith in the ideals of this draw and what it represents to the youth of the club,
without the 1873 club draw it would put more pressure on the out goings

On another note, just recieved an email from the supporters trust regarding getting another 1000 people to sign up for club 1873.
Im already a member, but should i choose to get a 2nd membership, do i need to let someone know its part of the supporters trust push? Is there a code to put in when submitting the form or something??

No - all you have to do is sign up.

It doesn't matter who gets them, but we will be doing our bit to contribute to the effort. More to come after Xmas!
