The sticky brown stuff is back - but what we decide to do about is will have a direct effect on the outcome of this situation.

The club have clearly been handing out pound notes for fun, but that will stop / has stopped. Selling Tim Smith will go someway towards balancing the books and I am told that there will be a similar budget for playing staff next year to this. If we want better, then we must put in - and that means buying a Season Ticket - and as soon as possible!

Some of the messages I have read are suggesting that people are not up for this fight - they are tired of it! But there are others, me included, who will never give up - either because we choose not to or because we don't know how!

As one of those people - I have seen us go through this - and worse - and I expect nothing more than a fight and a strong recovery from our side and our club.

The question is - are you with us or agin us! We need everyone on board and between us we can make sure this club survives and thrives and that Captain Kirmo gets to lead us out at Newmarket!

Well said TRB. It's a shame there aren't as many people trying to be positive as there were happy to be overly negative last night. We have lost bigger and better players than Smith in the past.

Just come off the phone to my two rugby going mates and we are all up for the fight! Dare I say it but together we are stronger!!!

I don't know why but I'll be there next year, it's a question I wish I could answer.

I garuntee people who do not buy a season ticket next year will atleast attend 5 games!!!

My tin hat is on, has always i will be at the games giving Big Al some stick, but TRB if we go down i do think it will be the end, you cannot win games with out good half backs, and we have not got one, thats my bigest worry

Could we have done much more the last couple of years? Best crowds we have had for ages! 3 of us in the fam with season tickets as always, it's just same old same old.
