| All credit to Castleford (mainly Rangi) but I thought that Hull FC were poor today defensively and I'd be delighted if they played like that next Monday. Showed great creativity in attack but made some silly mistakes. No doubt they'll have a point to prove now!

| Unless one of the lower teams in the top 8 get docked 6 points no, It would be great if the last game v Cas was for both teams to be fighting for the top 8. I would much rather have a strong Cas and Wakey side than a Bradford side.
I also think Hull are over rated, we set them on the path to put some good results together and they have come back to earth with their last 2 results.

| They have the momentum on their side, it's a powerful thing to have in sport. It'll be difficult, but they could get there if the other teams slip up.

| Never mind Cas.
Can Wakefield do a Wakefield?
All we have to do is win our home games and just one away game and we could well be in the 8.
Sounds easy if you say it fast and don't look at the fixture list
Realistically, cas have to win all their remaining fixtures and they've got some tough ones still.

| Neither of us will be near the 8. Fight for 10th between u, you & widnes. All 3 teams share a few things in common, all have some good attacking weapons, all 3 useless in defence & dreadful away from home.

We have won twice as many games away from home as we have at home this season so far. Hardly dreadful away from home.

| Widnes Salford Cas & London? At a guess, that's how it will remain. Maybe dreadful was too much of a generalization. Not very good then.

| A big no from me look at Cas next 4 games
Wigan
Saints
Huddersfield
Warrington
Yes they played well last night and fully deserved to win and would have been a farce had hull scored near end as they knocked on at play of the ball for one of hulls try's. hull were back to like early season form though and would have liked to have played them last night. We have a much easier fixture list left.

| Sorry the point of the thread was that any club who win all their last 6/7 games will have done a 'Wakefield'
in a similar way any team finishing 5th will have done a 'leeds'
Bother what Cas? - er NO.

| Thoroughly enjoyed watching Cas v Hull last night and thought neither side deserved to lose. It's amazing the difference a coach can make and Powell has certainly instilled belief in his troops.
However much Cas have improved, i still think they'll finish some way off the top 8. Next season though, they'll be a different outfit from the off.
