| Some of you may have seen the debates on Twitter and Facebook regarding the cost of Season Tickets.
We are requesting genuine feedback from supporters over the cost of Season Tickets and the method of payment.
In general terms the cost of a Season Ticket needs to go up - they are being under-valued as things stand - but how much do you think the cost should be?
Also, do you like the idea of paying for your rugby fix by installments - a monthly fee taken from your account which can be increased to include such as a new replica shirt or club 1873 membership? How much per month would you value this at?
This is a genuine exercise in guaging opinion in order to provide feed-back that the club have asked for and all genuine ideas will be considered / reported back to the club.
Thank you.

| Me and my family will not be buying season tickets again unless we can stand on the west terrace.
Or shirts as you can't we're our club colours on that side either.

If matchday entry is 22 quid or 20 if bought in advance, then as a season ticket holder I would still expect a reasonable discount off each match ticket. Consequently 15 quid (or 195 quid a season) seems fair to me.
Whilst DD is a good way of spreading the cost and including add-ons, I would be a bit reluctant to pay by this method as my experience with the clubs admin regarding the 1873 scheme and this method (I was contacted three times to see if I wanted to renew my 2 memberships and each time gave them details of when the annual payments were taken and to this day am still not sure whether I am in the weekly draws or not) does not fill me with any confidence

| I like the idea of a genuine membership scheme, where the level can be chosen and paid for in monthly instalments - right up to a package that included a replica shirt. There could also be bolt-ons i.e 1 or 2 games in the 1873 suite, an away travel package, the Catalans trip etc etc.
What's imperative though, in my view, is a much better offer in terms of benefits; the club has dozens of corporate partners that would, I imagine, be more than happy to offer benefits to members - discounts, special offers etc.
Price-wise - I'd be happy to pay £200 for a basic ST and being as I'd probably buy up-front, I'd like there to be some incentive to do so - perhaps a 10% discount on whatever level of membership you choose to buy, if you do so before a certain date.
Whatever happens, all the complicated options and changing deadlines needs to stop - it causes far too much confusion.

| I do think the club needs to make more of the offers which come with the season ticket. For example the MOT voucher is worth £40 and if you go to Real Burger etc there are big savings to be made. I would be happier paying for my ticket monthly.

| My post seems to have disappeared. The bulk of it was around the need to keep the walkup price attractive and not keep increasing it by £1 every year relentlessly.
There needs to be a decent increase on season ticket prices, they've been too cheap, time to dig deep and pay up I'm afraid.

| £190 seems fair. Still makes it cheaper than the walk-up, psychologically it sounds better than £200, but perhaps payment schemes could be made easier. i would hope that the walk-up price wouldn't increase though if season tickets do. The walk up price has increased by about 30% in the last six years, way above inflation.

| Personally I would go for a phased increase as a major jump would put many people off. Obviously though the maths would have to stack up. If possible maybe £150-160 next year then £180-190 the year after, maybe a touch more if Newmarket is ready for the start of 2015. I'd also offer better silver & bronze memberships, for instances the bronze offer at Cas was a decent idea, just tweak it to suit. We need to be working hard to ensure the benefits, discounts etc are the best they can possibly be, almost to the level where you can effectively gain the price back by taking advantage of the offers over the course of the year.
Maybe even offer a dual membership offer including a gold membership and club 1873 membership.

I certainly agree with a phased increased in ST prices and prices suggested in our build up to NM. I would slightly disagree with the bronze membership Cas introduced. Whilst on the face of it, it seems value for money, i'd suggest that previous ST holders or potential new ST holders chose the easy option of a bronze membership rather than a ST. This means money isn't guarenteed and could result in lost revenue.

| I think we should stick to £150 next year, £175 after that and then market rate which is probs £190 ish? £25 increase doesn't sound much at all when renewing but is enough of a stepping stone.
I like the idea of the complete membership thing, maybe a couple of vouchers for the programme to encourage people to try it out, with the shirt and a few other bits and bats for say £200?

I liked the Idea Cas had with the members shirt, first x amount of sign ups got the option of buying the limited shirt with all the members names on it. Clever marketing

I agree, you cant go from £100 to £125 to £190 or £200+ ! also we as a family with one wage coming in,buy two season tickets so this year that was £250 and if one season ticket was £200 that would be £400! and we wouldnt be buying any in that case....

| I would be happy to pay £20 a month DD small outlay without the big cost of saving up and still less than going to an away game if anyone struggles with this then save the money from away games and listen on the radio benefit your club

| We've had 2 good seasons of subsidised cheap tickets which I think we all know can't go on forever. £180 - £200 is not unreasonable if the product is still improving on the pitch and also our last season at Belle Vue. I like the idea of monthly direct debit option if administered correctly with added incentives for being a season ticket holder/member
