Sounds like he's meeting obstacles and he's not exactly holding back in the release. I said at the time he replaced Wright that it could only be a good thing for Cas. It seems bizarre he's left so early into the role.

Yes he is from Cas but that tends not to mean a great deal to these guys, take JK as an example. I think you have it right in your second paragraph.
