Would be a fantastic signing if we we're to pull it off, especially with an NRL club wanting him too. It just shows the calibre of the player, and the standards Wakefield are wanting to set on recruitment.

Standing at 6ft 2"
Wegihing 17st
and played 178 games in the NRL, for St. George Illawara Dragons & Paramatta Eels, along with playing 3 tims for NSW!
- hes a big lad and got bags of experience - Just what we need!
Just hope we can pull it off

We are certainly starting to (at least) be linked with some good quality players these days.
We were after Ellis, Manu and now this guy.
We may well keep missing for a while yet, but our profile is growing.

I heard from a few friends that he has had knee problems in the past, but I too would think it'd help strengthen the pack.

| 3 Injury plagued seasons ? maybe not. Would rather spend the money on somebody with a consistent fitness record than go to all the expense of flying,accomodating,resettling and bringing up to fitness somebody from Oz. Before anybody asks I have no easy answer as to who that may be and I know sometimes gambles pay off,but are we still in a position where we have to take such a punt ? Maybe last year I would have said yes,but this year head says no.  |

A bit OTT there --- just one season injured.
2010 -- 23 games
2011 -- 4 games
2012 -- 23 games
Serious injury in 2011,but came back to full fitness and 23 games in 2012.
