He was inconsistent all match but the 2 knock-ons from Leeds not given and when Peacock was playing acting half back for Catalans were really poor, match turning imo.
Fakir and Maguire were both lucky to stay on.
Great game to watch though played at great pace and the match was in the balance right till the very end.

Turning point was Maguire staying on after an incident no different to Macalorum's (check spelling) the week before.

Cracking game - not the most skillful or disciplined, but great play-off intensity.
Mr Thaler had too much influence though, by bottling or missing big calls - Maguire & Fakir should have walked for example, but the real turning point was Peacock making no attempt to get behind his line and breaking down a Catalans attack that could have made it a 4 point game; they never came back from that.
As an aside - cracking try from Blanchy!

Thaler and Leeds are not a good mix in my opinion. Too often when he refs them do they get the rub of the green. Time the RFL appointed him to other fixtures.
