| I think our top 3 players were
1. Smith - had a say in all of our tries. we need to keep hold of him.
2. Kirmond - worked his backside off all game, the tackle on Robinson was a beauty!
3. Raleigh - Again, worked his socks off in attack and defence.

| Danny Kirmond was MOM for me. He worked tirelessly all afternoon, a real captains knock. The bone cruncher on Robinson was worth the entrance fee alone.

| I wouldnt disagree, but i think Johnson, Washbrook and Amor should get a mention here...they all had some work to do in the middle of the park and did it well.

| Didn't make it today. Sounds like we did the job today. Well done all.
How did Ellis go?

Gave his all, but looked a yard shy of a superleague pace. Think he did aout 30 mins in total. He'll get there - its a big step up after being in the championship for a few months.

agree. Give him a couple of games and he'll be fine.
One tackle on Crabtree was outstanding, and his distribution was quick and accurate.
Diappointed he didn't come back on.
Was he injured?

not sure. Possibly just out of puff... that'll be the most SL he's played since last season. Perhaps Agar and co decided the game plan featured a short spell from Ellis to take away huddersfields opportunity to run at him and exploit his lack of fitness.

Johnson had his best game this season. We all know his work rate is second to none but today he showed great composure when he broke through the line and supplied the try scoring pass. Thought all our forwards were excellent and smith capitalised with some great half back play even though the supporters around me couldn't see it and we're calling him garbage!

| As I said all our forwards were excellent today. For me Raleigh was the pick of the bunch, Ali playing a much different role for us than at Leeds, massive credit to him for adapting so well with the burden of the extra work load, did the full 80 today I believe!

Tim Smith totallaly controlled the game in the last quarter - fortunately the people that matter can see it.

| Think Smith has shown what he can do with a good half back partner since Sykes moved to six. With the lack of class half backs about we should be looking to extend his contract plus if we can get a mean nasty prop for next season he should go better still.
