Ben started running Circuit classes late last year under the banner of Ben-E-Fit. The classes have been a really big hit with good numbers attending.
He runs a girls only class mondays and Thursdays and a mixed class Tuesdays and Fridays. Fridays is not for the feint hearted...its 'House of Pain Friday'....i can vouch for its effectiveness!
One of the guys dropped 24lb in his first 12 weeks purely by eating better and training twice a week.

The classes are suitable for all ages (16 upwards) and all levels of existing fitness. The theme is very much a relaxed, easygoing and extremely friendly.

Ben is also available for training Junior Rugby League teams....the aim of these sessions are to invigorate the juniors, develop new skills/techniques and provide some Super League ideas for the existing coaches.
