Details of the Newmarket Celebration Event are as follows:

The event will be held in Cats Bar at the Rapid Solicitors Stadium on Thursday 19th July 2012. Doors will open at 7.00pm and proceedings will commence at 7.30pm. The plan for the evening will be:

• Forum/Q&A Session – Chaired by Ian Bramley, Chairman of the Supporters Trust with a panel comprising James Elston, Chief Executive of Wakefield Trinity Wildcats, Phil Townsend, SWAG Spokesperson and Media Director of the Supporters Trust and Jonathan Stone, Chairman of Residents for Newmarket.
• Break for a Meal which will be a choice of Chicken or Vegetable Curry plus the usual sundries.
• Raffle and Stand Up/Sit Down Bingo. There will be some excellent prizes including a meal for 2 in Hospitality at one of our remaining games at the Rapid Solicitors Stadium which is a wonderful experience with fantastic food and great company
• Sit back and enjoy the comedy of Pete Emmett who despite being a Halifax fan is very funny.

This will be a ticket only event, limited to 200, and there will be no admission on the door so you will need to purchase your tickets in advance which will be sold on a “first come first served” basis.

Tickets are priced at £15 for non Supporters Trust Members and £10 for Supporters Trust Members. In order to qualify for the concessionary ticket when purchasing you will need to give your name and either your Supporters Trust Share Certificate Number or your Post Code which we should have on our data base.

Tickets will be on sale at Sunday’s game with Wigan from Supporters Trust Board Members who will be around the ground from around 2.30pm. Remaining tickets will then be placed for sale at both Club Shops at the Rapid Solicitors Stadium and in the Ridings. Anyone who has difficulty in purchasing tickets from these venues should e-mail the Trust at wtsupporterstrust@aol.com

All the proceeds from the event will be donated to the Wildcats Community Trust to support the excellent community work they undertake so as well as having a great evening you will also be supporting a very worthwhile cause.
