but i'd be surprised if Agar did start with Wood over Smith, Sykes over Mellars, and if Matt James got a game. Given that Mathers has lost a shed load of weight, it wouldn't be a shock if Sykes was fullback for this one too.

If Wood doesn't start he must be thinking what he's got to do, from the game time he's had he's looked the most dangerous h/b we've got. Give the kid more game time Agar !!!!

Just because he is in the squad doesn't necessarily mean Matt James will play. Agar will opt to have Walshaw at Prop.

Like the look of putting Washbrook in second row with Aiton at 13. We are shipping in 30+ points a game so we need our best tacklers on the pitch and both these lads can play the full 80. Ellis must play, if Wood has a fault its his defence ( I prefer to see Wildie play ) but other than Ali he has been our only attacking option so I can see him getting selected. No point in Smith playing from the bench, I would put him in the under 20`s for a few weeks and ask him to see if he can score a few tries at that level and get some confidence. Hope Matt James gets a go - point him at the Leeds pack and ask him to ruffle a few feathers. He is a big tough Wakey lad lets see if he could be our much talked about missing prop.

Would hope Mellars is dropped.

He should put Mellars at 5 with Ben as his centre and see how he likes not having the ball passed to him, that might teach him

Probably rested which is fine as he has been ineffective this year. Hope he finds some of last years form.

Tim smith has lost some form BUT he can create 3/4 tries on a good day.

Come on Smith show us one of those games.

Think we should keep the faith with our backs. Wood good player for interchange and is putting pressure on starting hbs. Only a good thing.
