I'm going to get shot down for saying this, but i haven't seen a great deal from Southern yet. Not sure if it's beacuse he is out of position or i've not been watching him closely enough. Probably just me.

I think he's been poor in attack, but it's evident he's not a prop. His defence is outstanding though.

Can't say as I'm disappointed with any really although I do agree that Mellars hasn't shone in any game yet and Raleigh gives away too many penalties.

See i'm not too sure. I know stats don't prove everything, but when you compare him to one of the other props like Oliver Wilkes, there's not a great deal of difference.

But if he's playing out of position, and gettng similar stats to Wilkes, I reckon that suggests he's doing okay. What I don't understand is why we are starting with him in the front row, but having two, and sometimes three props on the bench?

Say what you like but I'm pretty sure that there's not many posters on here who could hold a candle to even the most disappointing signing we have made.

Can we not encourage them rather than start berating them, especially after only 4 games...
