Doesnt seem to get much attention on here but I was sad to see him go to Quinns . I for one can see him doing well for us this season . One of those players that will never win a man of the match award but does the hard yards.

Olly is a Cumbrian workhorse- a lot like Amor.

I appreciate he's a true second rower, but I can see times when we're glad to have him fill in the front row.
He won't shy away from work & will run his blood to water for us. Every team needs an Olly Wilkes.

Good solid, hard working pro. Always gives his all. Only negative I can think of is his ball retention at times can be poor.

Olly is all you say and more, not a game breaker but i am glad to see him back at Wakey.

i too am pleased that he is back and lets all remember that the only reason he left was the amount of money that quins paid him which we couldn't get anywhere near...wonder how him and richard moore will go head to head ???

A few years ago he was a knock on machine but he seems to have improved a fair bit since then, there's no denying though he's a very hard working forward that will do a very good job for us.

Once he got over his fear of holding onto the ball Olive became a very good player for us. Hopefully he will continue where he left off.
