Nice apart from those stupid transitions used. There's a reason 'proper' sports TV footage doesn't look like that, it being it looks crap.

The win at Cas was great we beat Huddersfield and i had a great night in Belfast made even better when the pub we were in put the Catalan Wakey match on great night

There were some low moments and a fair helping of dross, but plenty of good moments:
1. We got seven more wins than I expected
2. Got the franchise no one expected us to get
3. Our Good Friday comeback at Cas cost them a play-off spot (ie, they had 2 points sewn up and blew them)
4. Letting Cas win the challenge cup game cost them a play-off spot (they have been poor since the semi-final. Had we won, their season would have played out differently).
4. We go into the future with more optimism than in any off-season in our Super League history.
Apart from some of the games, quite a good year.

Do we? After some of the years we had getting into play off's signing top player like Tronc etc I was much more optimistic then. Now seeing we haven't bought all our players and obviously newmarket could help I wouldnt say that was true. |

Yes I know I stopped using the transitions a while ago... But at least it was better than no highlights at all.

I went to only two games and in 1 we beat Shudds, I bought plenty of decent kit from the club shop so it's been a winner for me!

But back then it was still just trying to get through another year, with everything pinned on Newmarket, and even then there were no guarantees that Newmarket would solve the problems. Now, I think Newmarket will be part of the piece, not the whole piece. |
