| We go but sometimes it's great and other times it seems really poor. I was there against crusaders and it was a shambles. Wrong drinks, wrong crisps, two starters served the other 8 had to wait 15 minutes. Through one thing and another we are involved with a few football clubs (championship) and the service is far better yet the box cost the same. This isn't a post to moan as JE and AG are doing a great job an the speed they are doing it is applaudable. However commercial income is vital to a clubs growth and I think it needs to improve. I was also at the Joe Frazier sportsmans dinner and the service there was pants too.

I've had a totally different experience.
Maybe you should be making your complaints to Graham Easby about your specific bad experiences, rather than making them on here? Both times I've been since he took over, things have been spot on and he's made a point of speaking to everyone who was attending to get their feedback - I'm sure he'd welcome yours.

| Easy tiger... I am not complaining just after feedback on other people's experiences, afterall I thought that was the point of discussing topics in a forum? I wanted to gauge other people's thoughts before I potentially parted with substantial amount of money by getting one. In my post I said sometimes good and sometimes bad and also commended the club for the excellent work so far.

| Used the 1873 suite on maybe 5 or 6 occasions and all guests really enjoyed the experiance. As Big Al says Graham Easby does listen and will go to great lengths to sort any issues.
