Things are hotting up on the Wrexham fc forums (Redpassion). The Wrexham fans are furious with the goings on of their and Crusaders owners. Seems like the takeover of Wrexhamfc js not going to plan at all with questions being asked about Moss and Roberts themselves.

Hey hey hey, I won't hear such slander against such an upstanding member of the Rugby Football League!!

Does it matter that they have no money?

Does it make any difference that they don't even know where they will be playing next season?

Does anyone pay a jot of notice that their crowds are appalling? that their team is a raft of foreigners? that they lurch from one town to the next leaving only an inprint of their financial meltdown?

Does anyone care that they are bottom of the league?

How can anyone question their players skill and commitment (when they reportedly don't get paid)?

How dare anyone claim that their owners don't even want them, that nobody wants them, that their very admission alone is solely judged against an attempt by the RFL to recoup a £700k loan.

Don't tell me that their location doesn't warrant the title "expansion club"... even though they are only 30miles away from the very heartland area that the game is supposed to be expanding out of.

Who says the Welsh USP is a gimmick? Look at the success it has generated, the support it has galvanised for the game of Rugby League... around Cheshire.

This is the factual situation showing common sense that the RFL seem to want to bury as deep as possible.

The question is how long will the RFL be able to continue with the crusaders?

i suppose it depends how much financial trouble( if any) crusaders are in and how the ground issues are sorted in regards to the current owners

five years would be my guess, or even the next round of licences, once we've shrunk to a non-credible size by superleague standards.

Does not paying players count?

No way will they last 5 years.....perhaps 5 DAYS after the announcement.!!

According to Redpassion forum it is debatable wether the Wrexham fc players are being paid!!

Its so wrong that the RFL are seemingly willing to lose a possible 4,000 spectators to keep a franchise in that clearly hasnt worked and will never have more than 2,000 paying fans!!!
