It's just embarassing - Leeds robbed Bradford last night with a try from a forward pass, and now Wigan have just scored one, totally against the run of play, off a blatant forward pass. These are meant to be showcase games and it just makes the sport look silly.

It's a serious problem this season and it needs sorting OR, admit that they've been told to let them go for the sake of fast, flowing rugby.

Fully agree - it's becoming a disgrace and we're getting closer to RU by the minute. I'm all for open rugby but dear me, a forward pass is a forward pass - at least the Leeds one was off a short ball/ flat pass. But McDermot is now taking the mickey by coaching the Rhino's to 'chance' forward passes - just watch the number of forward passes Brent Webb has made over the last few games. Webb couldn't possibly that bad a passer or just a cheat. I use Leeds as an example but they must be amongst the worst 'coached' offenders.

The embarrassment for me, is the fact that after all these years of video reffing, the rule is still in existence.
It makes a mockery of our game, and shows that the powers that be are only interested in the wrong things.
