Well the worst we feared is happening and arguably some of the best players appear to be leaving.
As far as Sam goes thanks for the good times-that said, we have had the best years of him and actually we need better quality than Sam to get us out of this mess.The same goes for Ferguson who I am afraid for me never got out of first gear and who was one of the first to drop his head when the going got tough. He will no doubt do well in a winning team but his heart clearly wasn't in it at Wakefield. So to any other player who's heart is not at Wakefied off you go! To those fearing that worse is to come let's face it we have very few other players who would get into the wigan second string so come- on we're hardly losing star quality here. We need a complete re-build over a period of time-most of the players have are simply not good enouigh to even keep us from the bottom let alone challenge for the top!

should try to keep murphy. unfortunately other teams in the rugby league "family" will continue to pick the bones off trinitys carcass for players on the cheap so any player could be leaving. Trying to keep the talented young players is key to any future trin have. Its out of glovers hands so bleak times ahead till deal finalised

It seems that we probably will get the six point deduction, as the administrators are doing their best to pay off the debt, therefore there will be nothing for the new owners to take on, and six opints.
I wish that the RFL would speed up the "fit and proper person" approval. My understanding was that this had been provisionally granted.
Shame to see these guys go, but you can't blame them.
Does seem to be a dicrepancy when they say the administrators have to accept offers, yet Aaron Murphy decided to stay loyal to the club - well which is it?

Not having a dig at you supporters because I can only imagine what you're going through but.....

If I was one of the fancied players on your roster, I'd ask the administrator what it would take to buy me out of my contract. A free agent would make a far more attractive option to many clubs.
