| Its going to be one hell of a hard season for our last in the big time, just hope the young boys play with spirit each week and earn super league contracts for next year with other clubs and the experienced ones lead the way. We will have some hidings this year but i hope we can derail a few teams with some surprise wins along the way. I hope Mr glover knows what he has let himself in for.

| how i see it is, sort out who wants to stay and who wants to go, all i want is 17 players (no matter who it is) pulling on the famous Red, white and Blue for one last hurragh at Belle Vue who want to give their all for us and the name Wakefield TRINITY, no matter what the score, the league position, the hammerings and the adversity from what or who ever,
Thats all i ask of them and if i get it then they will have my 110% backing till the end
i have not lived in the city for years but still proud to be Trin, always have and always will

I understand but there is no sentiment where business is concerned.
If you were on say between 10 and 30 k and someone came in and offered to double your wage, even if you loved where you worked, you must admit you would be tempted to leave for the sake of your family and livelihood.

| It is going to be a long season but i think we have all known that all along.
Sam going may just make it that bit longer but i have no problem with him because he has stuck with us in the past when he could have left and this was probably his last chance to earn a last big contract.

I'd like to nominate this for post of the century. I'm really down about Sam leaving and I've been wondering what the point is in watching rugby at the moment, but reading that has given me a bit of the fight back (and let's face it, as Wakey fans we need to have a lot of that!). As long as whoever we have puts in the effort and keeps going despite the setbacks they will no doubt face, then they deserve our full support. We may as well enjoy our last season in the Superleague and go for it with everything we have. If all we're left with are 17 inept teenagers, but those teenagers put everything they have into our games, then I for one will still support them.
Up the mighty Trin!

| Hopefully the club and it's administration will learn a few lessons on not what to do from the last administration. It's about time they stood up and stopped taking it from all angles. I can't blame Sam for leaving but then again what would you think of Hull making an approach. Probably because we were in administration the rfl's rules probably counted for nothing when it comes to approaching a player but Hull to me were just vultures waiting. I expect this in football but not in rugby. But if it's an approach/attitude we have to adopt now then so be it.
