Following the success of the Ladies dance group Wakefield Trinity Wildcats Community Department are introducing special fitness sessions for Dads and the city’s menfolk.
The sessions will be staged at the Belle Vue Stadium on Doncaster Road, Wakefield every Monday starting from Monday, July 5th.
The programme will be designed to suit all kinds of men who just want to shift some weight or regain some of their fitness levels.
The sessions will last from 6.30pm until 7.30pm and cost just £2 per head.
Rugby League Development Coach Gavyn Lightowler said: “This will a good way for people to keep fit and active in an exciting way in a Rugby League environment.
“We’ll welcome anybody who would like to get fit and have some fun at the same time. All we ask is that if you haven’t done any physical activity for some time you take it very easy at first or get some medical advice before the start of the sessions.
