At the sad sight of Amos Roberts being carried off, virtually every Wakefield supporter in the North Stand stood to applaud him. This after he had scored another try against their team.

Every body scores against us no one wants to see players injured mate and Wakey fans have a few fauts but thats not one of them.

these breaks can be bloody serious I have a neighbour that used to play for Halifax and he retired early and works as a fireman at 28, he has just broke both tibia and fibula playing that round ball and had to have pins down both bones, needless to say he will never play owt again and my find that he will struggle with his job

To be honest the vast majority of Wakey fans have always shown lots of class - it's very much appreciated.

It was an uncomfortable few minutes watching him receive treatment and sad to see a great player stretchered off; I expect Millard is gutted at having been involved, despite the freakish nature of the injury.

Hope he recovers quickly.

Unfortunately not able to go today,but so sorry to hear of this tragic injury! When I have seen Amos Roberts on sky this season, he has turned into one of the games entertainers and the sort of player that fans pay good money to see. May he make a speedy and complete recovery.

I heard one or two idiotic remarks, but thankfully they we're the minority. Hope he makes a speedy recovery, was just starting to show the sort of form he is capable of.

We usually watch for the Wakey tries on Sky, obviously, but this season we have also watched for the tries of Amos Roberts, he has been on fire whether playing full back or wing, he's a class act.

Hoping for a speedy recovery Amos..!!
