Alot of people were slating him pre match but i thought he stood up to the test well. Granted he hasn't had big game experience, but i thought he coped well with the situation and certainly wasn't intimidated by the atmosphere. Hopefully the experience will stand him in good sted for the future.

Regardless of the rights and wrongs of his decisions, what I thought would happen, he would lose control of the match, didn't. He made a few baffling decisions but overall did OK. I’m sure the Leeds fans unused to seeing their team so heavily punished we see it differently but hey that’s how things pan out. Trinity have been on the receiving end a great many times.

Quite! The weekly 'slagging the ref off before we play' thread is embarassing. Refs make mistakes the same as players, coaches and everyone else - some just find it more convenient to blame the man in the middle everytime! |

he did'nt have his memo from the league telling him how you should listen to what Sinfield and Diskin are telling him, so he just reffereed it proper
